Below, you will find an overview of our hiring process, along with practical tips for each stage. Our goal is to help you understand what to expect and how to make informed decisions about your next career move with Teva.

Step 1: Find the Right Role
Start by exploring open opportunities on the Teva Careers site.
Search Smarter: Use filters for keyword, location, area of interest, and country to find positions that align with your expertise and career interests.
Stay Connected: We recommend creating a candidate profile
to make the application process easier.
With a candidate profile, you can:
• Upload your CV
• Save jobs to review or apply to later
• Apply more quickly for future opportunities
• Set up job alerts to be notified when new roles match your interests

Step 2: Online Application Submission
Once you’ve found a match, our application process is straightforward. You will complete a short online form and upload your CV so we can learn more about your experience, skills, and interests. You will receive a confirmation email once your submission is successful.
Know someone who works at Teva? Great! We highly recommend reaching out and applying through them.
Important to know: You are welcome to apply to more than one role at Teva.
However, we recommend only applying to positions where your skills and experience are the strongest match. Each candidate can apply only once per specific role, so be sure to review your application before submitting.

Your CV & Application Tips
Your CV is our first opportunity to learn about your experience and impact. We recommend tailoring it to the role you’re applying for, rather than using a single version for every application.
A few tips to help you put your best foot forward:
Focus on relevance
Review the job description and highlight experience, skills, and projects that align most closely with the role.
Show your impact
Where possible, share specific examples of what you worked on and the outcome. Clear, concrete details help us understand your contribution.
Demonstrate how you work
Collaboration, learning, and problem-solving are important at Teva. Showing how you approach challenges can be just as valuable as listing responsibilities.
Keep it clear and concise
Focus on what’s most meaningful for the role.
Cover letters are optional unless noted in the job posting. If you choose to include one, use it to share your motivation for the role and how your experience connects to our work.

A note on timing
Hiring timelines can vary depending on the role, location, and interview process. Our team carefully reviews each application to identify candidates whose skills and experience best match the requirements of the position.
Throughout the process, we aim to keep you informed about the status of your application.

Step 3: Screening
Once our hiring team selects your application to move forward,
you will begin with an initial screening.
Recruiter Chat: This is typically a phone or live video conversation with a recruiter, where you can discuss your experience, career goals, and learn more about the role, the team, and what it’s like to work at Teva. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether the role feels like the right fit.
On-Demand Video: For some roles, you may instead be invited to complete a self-recorded video interview, where you respond to a few structured questions within a set timeframe. This allows our team to learn more about your background and experience before deciding whether to move forward in the process.

Step 4: Interviews & Assessments
If selected for the next stage, you will be invited to interview with the hiring manager and, depending on the role, additional team members or a panel of interviewers.
Format: Interviews may be virtual or in-person.
Demonstrating Skills: Some roles may also include a role-related assessment, such as a case discussion, technical exercise, presentation, or work sample.
At the final stage of the hiring process, and depending on your location and the requirements of the position, background checks may be conducted by a third-party provider.
Here are a few recommendations to help you prepare:

Step 5: Offer & Onboarding
After the interview process is complete, our hiring team carefully reviews the feedback from the interviews and evaluates how each candidate’s experience and skills align with the needs of the role and team.
If you are selected: a Teva recruiter will contact you to present the offer and walk you through the details, including compensation, our comprehensive benefits package, and next steps. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and take the time you need to review the offer before making your decision.
If this role isn't the right match: We will reach out and update you. New opportunities arise at Teva often, so we encourage you to stay connected for future roles that align with your skills, experience, and goals.
Once you accept our offer: You will receive an email with instructions on how to submit the documents required to complete the hiring process and begin your onboarding at Teva.
From day one, our goal is to ensure you feel informed and supported as you start your journey with us, connect with your team, and begin making an impact.
