Closing the Gender Gap

We’re committed to narrowing the gender gap across Teva. In 2021, base pay research showed insignificant differences on average between Teva women and men when we compared the pay of employees with the same profile and location. And our people have told us we’ve progressed in overcoming gender inequality across Teva. Yet, we recognize we need to do more, including ensuring there are more women in senior leadership positions in our organization.
