Managed Access Programs

Teva supports requests for participation in managed access programs (MAPs) that meet the criteria outlined in our policy. Managed access program provides a pathway for patients to gain access to investigational drugs, biologics, and medical devices for serious diseases or conditions that might not otherwise be available.

If you are a patient, Teva’s current MAPs offer a mechanism for access to our investigational medicines, including drugs and biologics, outside of clinical trials when deemed appropriate, in the best interest of the patient, and consistent with Teva’s strategy. Please contact your healthcare provider to inquire about requesting managed access program.

If you are a licensed prescriber and wish to submit a MAP request on behalf of a patient, please use the Submission Portal. Follow the instructions in the portal and in the Job Aid to submit your request. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement once you have successfully submitted your request. Teva will evaluate your request. You may receive additional questions regarding your submission for Teva to be able to fully evaluate your request.
