Caring for Our Employees

Our more than 35,000 colleagues are critical to the success of our business. They allow us to deliver medicines to approximately 200 million people each day and fuel innovation, prioritizing quality, compliance and ethics. And we’re just as passionate about looking after our people as the patients we serve.

Development. We care about the development of our people. We offer many opportunities for growth, including our dedicated learning platform Teva Grow which gives employees access to more than 17,000 courses. We encourage continuous and meaningful dialogue between employees and their managers, including twice-yearly performance reviews, to discuss feedback and identify opportunities and aspirations. Our growth within strategy ensures that a significant percentage of open positions are filled by existing Teva employees.

Wellbeing. Our employees’ wellbeing is our priority and central to our culture of care. This is reflected in our mindset, how we treat one another and the many wellbeing initiatives and benefits we offer. We take a holistic approach to wellness and our four pillars of wellbeingphysical, mental, financial and social—form the framework for all Teva wellbeing activities and initiatives, including our annual Wellbeing Month.

Engagement. Our people tell us they are engaged and enthusiastic about their work at Teva and that they find it meaningful. We continuously listen to our employees and encourage them to speak freely about their experiences, needs and opinions through regular pulse surveys and our annual employee survey.

Recognition. We celebrate our people’s achievements and have platforms for colleagues to recognize one another. In addition, we offer incentive-based programs to reward individual performance.

Recruitment. We know that a positive employee experience starts from the recruitment stage. We have processes and tools in place to ensure that our recruitment process is inclusive and fair to all.
