Vikki Conway

Vikki Conway was appointed as acting Head of Global Human Resources in September 2023. Vikki joined Teva over a decade ago and has held various HR leadership roles, most recently as HRBP in Global R&D and prior to that in Global Marketing, based in West Chester, US. She has provided HR leadership in business transformations and played a pivotal role in several past R&D business development acquisitions.

In this current role she oversees Teva's global human capital strategy, shapes Teva's culture, and designs best practices and processes to maintain Teva as a strong and attractive employer of choice and to enable the skills needed to allow Teva to achieve its goals.

Teva employs around 37,000 employees in 60 markets. This diverse employee base works to provide 3,500 different products to nearly 200 million people every day. Teva's global HR group works in close partnership with the business leaders to strengthen the organization’s performance by translating business needs into people strategy, and by leading all organizational and employee aspects including talent management, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, learning and development, and total rewards.

Prior to joining Teva in 2010, Vikki held related leadership roles at Cephalon Pharmaceuticals, Digitas Health and Medical Broadcasting Company.
