Director, Product Marketing

You are the champion of the brand assigned to you, managing the spectrum of product marketing activities that engage healthcare providers and their patients. Your contribution to Teva’s results strengthens our financial position, brand recognition and market reach.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the brand marketing team; managing the brand marketing mix.
  • Planning launch activities, setting the direction of the brand’s promotional and educational platform.
  • Creating brand personality, providing direction, and serving as brand champion to the organization.
  • Providing input on studies and other scientific issues related to the brand.
  • Developing business cases and managing the brand’s life cycle.
  • Setting brand goals, developing forecasts and managing the budget.
  • Measuring results and communicating them to management.
  • Managing the creative process.


Position Requirements:

  • BA/BS required. Advanced degree, in particular an MBA in finance, an advantage.
  • 10 years of work experience in pharmaceutical industry with 3-5 years pharmaceutical brand management experience. At least two years of personnel management experience.
  • Sales or sales management experience.
  • Development of annual brand business plan.
  • Product launch experience as a marketer.
  • Interaction with advertising and PR agencies, including pricing and contract negotiation.
  • Experience in the major disciplines of education and marketing: PR, advertising, sales materials, direct marketing, e-initiatives, publication planning, congresses.
  • Marketing experience with global responsibilities in multiple therapeutic areas preferred.
