Our ‘Future Teva Leadership - European Programme’ will grant you practical, hands-on experience in multiple functions within an international healthcare business, including: sales and marketing, operations, finance & controlling, HR, and general management. Upon completion of the programme, you will be well on the way to possessing all of the vital skills and knowledge needed to be a future leader.

During the programme you will work on three different projects, each within different functions and business units within Europe. Each project will last around 6 months and will see you making full use of your own initiative and employing your leadership skills. On top of the projects, your remaining time will be spent gaining experience in sales and production. You will receive your own personal development plan and be supported by a business mentor who will accompany you for the duration of your traineeship.
Teva Europe covers 36 countries with over 20,000 employees. The main European headquarters is located in Utrecht, the Netherlands, with satellite offices in Harlow, UK and Ulm, Germany.
Duration: 2 years


  • Above-average degree in economics or a scientific subject
  • Proof of international focus by study placements and internships in home country and abroad
  • Proof of business and or leadership interest through practical experience
  • Max 1 year working experience
  • Highly mobile
  • Fluent in English
  • Second language fluently, further European languages recommended
