TAPI has launched a cutting-edge self-service website, Tapi+ Online, as a B2B service platform. This customer-focused website, currently in a pilot phase, will be made available to all TAPI customers in the coming months. From the website, TAPI customers can download documents, submit questions and receive quick answers, and review purchase orders and track shipments. All of this functionality is available on PC, tablet or smartphone.

The platform was created in order to address a growing trend: customers in today's digital world are demanding immediate information. In addition, "self-service" has now arrived in the B2B world and TAPI is leading the way in the API industry. As part of its strategy, TAPI wants to support its customers with an advanced digital platform that will enable them to receive service anytime, anywhere, from any device.

TAPI took into account customer responses to a detailed survey and used it along with the latest technology to create Tapi+ Online. Feedback from TAPI customers that have started using the platform has been positive. Future upgrades to the new platform are already being planned.
