​Our language word by word

Teva's language communicates Teva's culture and identity - our legacy, values and vision. Teva has grown immensely, embracing a diverse group of employees, from various professional and cultural backgrounds.  Creating a clear and unified set of guidelines, to be implemented and put into daily practice, has become a necessity. 

Values

A lengthy process of wide ranging and extensive research encompassing all of Teva’s branches and departments rendered a set of 6 value-based guidelines:

  • We are prepared for change
  • We are accessible
  • We value simplicity
  • We are one Teva
These values reflect our common orientation and behaviors and foster a sense of unity and pride. Furthermore, they define who we are and emphasize the qualities that single us out: our business conduct, our organizational culture and our sound goals for the future.  

Messages

In order to refine those values for the sake of design, four motivational messages add strength and focus to Teva’s main values:
  • Quality  - we make it better
  • Accessibility – we make it accessible
  • Efficiency – we make it happen
  • Partnership – we make it together

Graphics

To add a practical relevance, corresponding visual guidelines were created, including a new Teva logo. These translate the four key elements into a bold and coherent graphic language.

Vision

"We make quality healthcare accessible around the world" – Teva’s vision is an affirmation of the bond between the four elements.

Slogan

Teva's slogan "Live Your Life" expresses our desire to provide our customers with peace of mind, allowing them to live their life, knowing that Teva will continuously provide them with the very best, high quality healthcare solutions.
