The rankings of this national award program, sponsored in partnership by Hewitt Associates and Queen’s University, are primarily determined using the results from Employee Opinion Surveys, in which 21 key engagement drivers are detailed and analyzed. Therefore, we can truly say that our employees have put us on the list! And what do we read into this? Validation of a priority we never want to lose sight of: focus on our internal customers our employees.
